Poorani Venkatesh

Hello Everybody,
I am Poorani, currently a student of NTU from WKW School of Communication and Information pursuing my Masters in Information Systems. I have 2.5 years of IT experience in India in Banking Domain. Have work experience in Application development using Java technology and Performance Engineering. I am more inclined towards excelling in Information Technology as my career, which attracted me towards this course. I wish to make new friends and explore a lot here @ SG. I love Tradition, Culture, Music and Dance, literally enjoying the various classes of them here :-)


                                             

Akshaya Jayasankar

Hey Hi all,
I am Akshaya Jayasankar having completed my Bachelors in Information Technology from India. I have an IT experience of 1 year in Mainframe domain from Tata Consultancy Services. Currently, I am a student of NTU pursuing my Masters in Information Systems. To know more, I love to cook, read and sing. Mathematics is been my favorite subject till date. This is my first visit to Singapore and I have been enjoying. I had been attracted to this Research Methods subject as it induces us a huge knowledge in research domain and hence have taken it up.

I am Lakshmi Priya Purusothaman from India. I have completed my graduation in Engineering, field of ECE. I have an year of experience in Fire Alarm Manufacturing Company as a Systems Engineer. Due to my passion towards the field of Information systems, Now I am pursuing Master’s in Information Systems in NTU. I am interested in exploring new technology and eager to know about most unbelievable things in the world. I am a Professional Hockey Player. Singapore is my childhood dream country and I am exploring now. I am proud to be a part this prestigious university. Love to Learn :)

Sowmya Latha

Hello Everybody,
I am Sowmya, a graduate student of WKW School of Communication and Information, NTU and here I am provided with the opportunity to take up Research Methods as one of my modules. This is one great subject where we can play around with research techniques and collect as much of related information for data analysis. And to me Singapore is my second home and here I have worked for 2 years as Data Centre Engineer with toned skills in SAP. Also, my special interests revolve around reading A-Z magazines and spending quality time testing business softwares and email collaboration products.

I am Santhosh Jayakumar. I have completed under graduation in Computer Science and Engineering. I have 2.5 yrs of experience at Accenture. I did some data analysis work using Accenture financial information and developed a tool to test Business Feasibility using that historical data. Such passion for dealing with information and handling data made me more venturesome to have an in-depth knowledge in the field of Information Systems and finally landed here at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
